My name is Vanessa Charles and I have my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I have experience working with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, PSTD, relationship issues, self-esteem, career counseling, infertility issues, pregnancy loss, baby loss, birth trauma, and postpartum depression. I have a specialty in working with the postpartum population and I am a certified provider with Postpartum Support International. In my spare time, I like to host speed dating events and provide relationship counseling. I enjoy making love connections and helping individuals work on self love. My therapeutic style involves helping individuals gain insight to road blocks and assisting individuals gain tools to begin making positive changes in their lives. I combine different therapeutic techniques to tailor my clients’ needs and my biggest strength is my dedication to meeting my clients’ personal goals.
