Dr. Elizabeth Rodriguez is a licensed psychologist in New York and New Jersey who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with mental illnesses who are incarcerated or involved in the criminal justice system. Dr. Rodriguez received her B.A. from New Mexico State University and her Ph.D. from the City University of New York Graduate Center at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She has worked in inpatient hospitals, forensic hospitals, outpatient mental health clinics, and a forensic evaluation clinic. She currently serves as the Director of Psychological Assessment in a correctional facility. In addition, she maintains a private practice, Clinical and Forensic Psychological Assessments, LLC, where she provides expert evaluations of clients who are facing criminal charges or are in immigration proceedings. Her specialties include evaluation of competence to stand trial, diagnostic clarifications, and psychological testing.
